Building designs—your way

Choose from our range of innovative ready to build designs or have our professionals work with you on a custom design, using the latest in building simulation software. Lay of your land a bit ‘unusual’? No problem, we’ll take the time to explore all the possibilities with you. We’ll happily ‘think outside the box’ and ‘design outside the square’ to find the perfect design solution for your needs. (Did we mention we’ve won several design awards?) We can even help in obtaining planning permits.

Keeping you protected

We care about your peace of mind in your new home and so as a standard we only use termite-treated timber frames and trusses. In addition, we also provide termite treatment to the perimeter, and all our houses have a 6.5-year warranty.
