A letter from Diverse Directors Matt and Shane
Hello and welcome to 2023!
We hope you had a wonderful festive season and enjoyed a great break. We certainly did and we’re feeling rested and ready for another year of home building across North East Victoria.
Before we move any further into the year, we wanted to take some time to reintroduce ourselves and explain a few changes at Diverse Builders. As many of you know, we (Matt Kelly and Shane Gaston) joined the Diverse team as directors in July 2022.
Construction is nothing new to us – we both have over 18 years of experience in the industry, having started as apprentice carpenters and later establishing our own business Crown Building & Construction.
At Crown Building & Construction, we specialise in the construction of high-end custom and pre-designed homes in the heart of our much-loved Wangaratta. Over the last few years, we’ve been working to expand and grow our business and in 2022 were presented with the opportunity to join Diverse Builders. We couldn’t be happier to have joined the team, which will allow us to share our passion for construction in a new region.
As they say, good things come in threes and this year we will present the new and improved Diverse Builders in three stages. Firstly, we’ll be launching a new logo that reflects the skill, finesse and quality that Diverse Builders is well known for. We’ll also be releasing a range of new home designs, façades and inclusions to make designing your dream home as stress-free as possible. Lastly, we’ll debut our new website – a culmination of all these elements.
As experienced home builders, we understand that everyone is different, and we’ve been working hard to develop our plans and inclusions with diversity in mind. We can’t wait to continue crafting homes you will love to live in, homes that are personalised and tailored to suit your lifestyle.
As far as our customers are concerned, it is business as usual. Our experienced and dedicated team are still available to answer any questions and guide you through your unique building journey.
Before we sign off, we would like to take a moment to thank the Rose family for crafting such a reputable and amazing business over the last 35+ years. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition, and we look forward to building on this impressive reputation in the region.
