Candlebark Drive is a special project. When our clients came to us with their plans for their new home, we were excited to embark on the journey with them. Because one of the things we believe in is spending time with clients to understand exactly what they want. Building a home is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and it is our privilege to create and deliver on our clients’ dreams. At Diverse Builders, we feel a home should make everyday living super enjoyable for everyone who calls our houses their home.
For Candlebark Drive, we worked with our clients every step of the way, communicating throughout each stage. The clients wanted a spacious and functional home, with luxurious touches.
Our defined processes and strong relationships with our trades allowed us to deliver exactly what our clients wanted. The colour palette throughout the home has a general neutral colour base that is great for future resell, which is what was in mind when the clients designed their home.
The open plan kitchen features an over-sized, sleek island bench that extends the space across the entire width of the area. Drawers provide smart, organised storage and a pull-out bin under the sink allowed easy access. The slimline designer pendant lighting is both practical and stunning, and the textured subway tile splashback brings an edgy yet traditional feel.
The Master Bedroom provides a well-deserved retreat with a touch of luxe. Timber-panelled walls bring texture and visual interest, and the ensuite is a treat with a large sliding barn door. The floor-to-ceiling tiling, combined with the shower and toilet alcoves provide sophisticated privacy. Black power points and tapware finishes the room with a high end feel.
The symmetry of the family bathroom is both beautiful and practical, with the vanity centered between a spacious shower and a generous bath. The colour palette is one of class, with greys and whites throughout the home providing a calming effect.
In the entry a welcoming pop of colour of timeless jade and gold, act as clever highlights and draw the eye across the room to give a sense of space.
The laundry was also an important part of the brief. Subway tiles and overhead cupboards give this often-overlooked space a smart feel, with plenty of space to make everyday chores that much easier! Visit our projects page to view the complete gallery here.
