One of the key steps in the process is determining your needs and wants before you start building.
Last month we discussed our driven and focused discovery process and how our New Homes Consultant, meets with clients for the first time and takes the time to understand how you use your home and your lifestyle. Working closely by your side, it is a collaborative effort to find your perfect match while guiding you through the process to make it simple, stress-free and most importantly, enjoyable!
When designing and completing your home design you will discuss inclusions and upgrades that you may wish to include. Maybe you would like polished concrete flooring, raked ceilings or a large wooden deck!? At Diverse we love where we live and care about our community, which is why we love doing our part by supporting and building homes and foundations for the future by hiring local trades and contractors. As a flexible home builder, inclusions can be changed to suit your style and budget and recently we gave our inclusions an overhaul to allow even more choice for our clients and to keep up with current trends and demand.
Selections, colours and finishes
Once your perfect plan and inclusions are confirmed, it is time to move to the next step within Diverse Builders and complete your selections appointment where you choose your colours and finishes. This appointment allows you to see your vision come to life, but can be daunting if you don’t know where to start. This is where our experienced Colour Consultant Stacey comes in.
With a background in design, Stacey has a passion for all things colour and construction. Learning about you, Stacey can help guide you through the process to select all your colours and finishes that reflect your personal style and taste, while complimenting each other throughout your beautiful home. Our design studio in Numurkah offers all kinds of samples including flooring, cabinetry colours, bricks and door hardware, so that you can see them in person and make an informed decision.
After your consultation in Numurkah, you will conclude the day at Beaumont Tiles to select your tiles throughout your home by pairing them alongside your selected samples. Our long-standing partnerships with our other amazing suppliers also offer in house consultations for further viewing if required.
