We’ve taken our 30 year-long expertise building both residential and commercial projects along north-east Victoria, and condensed our knowledge into over 40 all-inclusive house plans ready for you to choose from.

Each standard house plan takes into consideration the general needs, space, lifestyle and budget of fellow locals to create a home you’ll love to live in. This option is especially useful if you work best with seeing something tangible from the outset. We offer renders for each available façade, an in-depth floorplan, and a list of each inclusion, so you can select the plan that fits you the best.

Are you after a three-bedroom home with two bathrooms and a double garage? Then the Wattle may be for you. With open-plan living, a formal lounge, spacious laundry and study, it’s the perfect family home.

Or maybe you live for the outdoors. The Serenity 3 not only has space for a boat in the double garage, but plenty of outdoor living areas and natural light flooding into a generous open-plan living space.

If there is a house plan you like the look of but would like to make some alterations, or you’d like to begin from scratch, then our cost-effective design service could be for you. This allows you make changes to the floor plan, façade, outdoor living area, internal layout and inclusions.

Once you have an idea in mind of what you’d like your home to look like, our expert designer can draft up plans tailored especially for you. They’ll take into consideration your taste, lifestyle, the dimensions of your block and the views that surround your home.

Our Process

We’re continuously improving our processes to make sure we reap the best results for you. We begin by offering a complementary design consultation where one of our experienced home consultants gets to know you and your needs. Once we’re onboard with your vision, we’ll put together a complementary estimate to ensure we’re working within your budget.

Upon approval from you and with payment to proceed, we’ll put together a concept design plan that includes all external and internal evaluations, and your electrical plan. During this stage, you’ll be able to visualise features such as the kitchen cabinetry, and make tweaks if you wish. With the plans completed and approved by you, we’ll send through a fixed-price quote, and have a contract ready for signing.

Once all details are finalised, we’ll lodge your building permit on your behalf and make a start on building your dream home once your permit comes through. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop, and your site supervisor will even give you site tours as the process begins to come together. The last step, of course, will be handing you those shiny keys!
