In the heart of small-town Victoria, two footy captains once faced off as rivals on opposing teams. As competitors, they pushed themselves to be the best.

Meet Matt Kelly
Matt’s introduction to construction began in his teens, working alongside his bricklayer father and godfather on building sites during school holidays.
When offered a carpentry apprenticeship at 16, he jumped at the opportunity and quickly excelled, specialising in designing and building luxury homes.
With a meticulous eye for detail, Matt shines with process, design and documentation. He’s the planner, ensuring every project is grounded in sound systems and financial oversight. His leadership style is rooted in structure and precision, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
Meet Shane Gaston
Shane has always been hands-on. From a young age, he was drawn to his family’s backyard shed where he built bike ramps and tinkered for hours after school.
Like Matt, he began an apprenticeship when he was just 16 and quickly excelled working on boutique properties. Under the mentorship of a respected local builder he learned the value of quality, precision and honest hard work. Shane thrives on problem-solving and innovation.Whether managing construction or addressing on-site challenges, he brings a practical, hands-on approach that ensures every build runs smoothly. His ability to see the big picture and think creatively complements Matt’s process-driven strengths.
