Every project is assigned a dedicated construction supervisor who oversees your build from start to finish.

Your supervisor is your main point of contact and is available to answer questions, explain each stage of the process, and discuss any decisions that need to be made along the way.

You’ll also receive a detailed weekly construction update via email. These updates outline what work has been completed, which trades have been on site, what’s scheduled next, and how your build is progressing against the timeline. This keeps you fully informed even if you’re unable to visit the site regularly.

In addition to scheduled updates, we encourage open communication throughout the project. If something comes up or you simply want clarification, you’re welcome to reach out. We believe informed clients feel more confident and enjoy the building journey more, so you’ll never be left wondering what’s happening with your home. 

Your maintenance period runs for three months from the date of handover. This allows you time to live in your new home, settle in, and identify any minor items or concerns that may not have been noticeable at practical completion.

During this period, you can keep a running list of any maintenance items you’d like reviewed, such as small adjustments, touch-ups, or items that require fine-tuning after everyday use.

At the end of the three months, simply return your completed maintenance list to head office, and our team will arrange for the relevant trades to attend and address the approved items.

This structured approach helps ensure all maintenance requests are handled efficiently and in one coordinated visit where possible, making the process smoother and more convenient for you.

Yes, you can request changes during the building process, provided the changes do not affect any structural elements that have already been completed. Examples of allowable changes might include modifications to fixtures, finishes, paint colors, cabinetry, or other non-structural details.

All requested changes are managed through a formal process called a Variation to your contract. This ensures that any adjustments are properly documented, including the scope of work, costs, and any impact on your project timeline.

Once the variation is approved, it will either be invoiced after the work has been completed or included in your next scheduled progress claim, depending on your agreement.

It’s important to note that changes affecting structural components, such as walls, foundations, or load-bearing elements, are more complex and may not be possible once construction has progressed past certain stages.

Your dedicated construction supervisor will guide you through what changes are feasible at any given point and provide accurate cost and timing information.
